Apartment Review for City View Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and we could not be happier! Greg (the apartment manager) is the nicest, most helpful person and very willing to work with you if you need help. When we need repairs done in our apartment, since it is an older building, they always have the maintenance done literally that day or the next. The staff is constantly trying to improve the building and surrounding area. In the past year, they planted a garden area, planted a few trees, and got a recycling bin. I feel extremely safe in the building, especially since there is a security door. If you go on vacations for a long period of time, they collect your mail and keep an eye on your apartment. Parking is limited, but additional parking is available less than a block away. This is a great place to live...Adrienne
