Apartment Review for Northgate Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

When I first moved in the exit gate on the parking garage was broken, it would stick and not open effectively trapping people in the parking garage. Numerous notifications were sent to office staff which were returned very rudely. I finally had to sick the fire marshal on them to get them to replace the moter. This had gone on for me for a year but I found reviews online stating that the gate had been broken for up to 4 years. The office staff has also been very unwilling to work with me on one occasion when I needed to be late on my rent. I gave them plenty of notice but they resisted. If you live here, dont park on the street, especially after dark because your car might get broken into or you might get carjacked.
