Apartment Review for Alta Pines Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

I lived here for a year. I will say that the apartment is big... but nothing really worked. The windows leaked, the blinds were trashed. The carpet was terrible. (not clean wise but quaility wise) Bathrooms VERY SMALL. The laundry room never really was clean, the washer and dryers were old and didn't really clean the clothes. The people who live there are nice. They are pretty clickish, lots of young LDS families. NO smoking on or around the complex which was great for me since I am allergic to smoke. Handy man was terrible. Manager was mediocre. Nonresponsive, and pretty bitchie. Over all a pretty decent place to live. I personally wouldn't move back.
