Apartment Review for Bell Wines - Salt Lake City, UT

I'm going to be moving out of state and I hate to be leaving Bell Wines! I moved in originally into a two bedroom and now live in a one bedroom. The apartments are spacious, well taken care of and have a lot of character. The location is great and the owners of the building are nice, respectful and quick to respond. It is owned by a family and they are invested in keeping the tenants happy and the building up to date. The maintenance guy is fantastic although sometimes slow. If the problem is major it gets taken care of right away but for lesser problems it may take a few days. My only real complaint is the parking. I don't pay for garage parking, but there are very few spots in back. Overall, I loved living here and think it is fantastic. If I ever move back to SLC, this will be the first place I look to move. Bob, the owner is fantastic and I feel living here is worth every penny!!!
