Apartment Review for Carrington Square Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

My girlfriend and I have lived in these apartments for almost three years, and I could not be more pleased. Our neighbors must be quiet, because we hardly hear anything except for the occasional vaccuming. I think the grounds are very beautiful, and are kept clean. The complex itself is located in a great place. It ahsn't been all good news, however. Our apartment has flooded. The maintenance guys tried to fix it quickly, but when that didn't work out, They knocked off hundreds of dollars from our rent! We haven't had any trouble since. The only reason we plan on ever moving from here is when we get a house. :)
