There are still a few privately owned condos that you can rent in Cedar Pointe (also known as Park Place). These privately owned condo rentals are much nicer and less expensive than the ones you would rent from the main office of the complex, but harder to find. Low utilities. Clean & nice interiors. Security Building. Large rooms, Full Bathroom, Walk-in Closet. Close to UofU, Downtown, Trax/Bus Lines. If you are looking for very reasonable rent on a 1 bedroom condo/apartment, you need to find a privately owned Condo in this Complex. Also in the past 2 years the entire complex has really become much nicer.
