i lived there for two years then move out. Only got $110 from my $450 deposit. Greg fabricated many execuses to charge $$ even I made a throught cleaning before I moved out. Never trust Greg - the manager. As a visiting scholar at the U, I thought all americans are nice and friendly. However, Mr. Greg broke my simple mind.  Need to rent an apartment?
