Apartment Review for Construction Realty - Salt Lake City, UT

There's a lot of loud music from neighbors and cockroaches running through the walls with a property manager who refuses to do anything about either one. They also have ridiculously short office hours and an "emergency number" that isn't answered on Sundays. So if your water heater breaks and water starts coming up through your floor on a Saturday, don't plan on being able to get a hold of someone for a few days. Overall, the worst two years of my life. I'm very happy to be moving away from these slum lords.
