Apartment Review for Country Lake - Salt Lake City, UT

I HATE this place. I was stuck in an 8 month lease living underneath and above to Huge dogs, that were always on the patio. I had to complain over 4 times about the dogs constantly barking and using the patio as a bathroom before anything was done about it-and it was the owners of the dogs who did something! My furnace and water heater were both faulty to the point that Questar Gas had to come out and turn it off due to it being hazardous. When I alerted the office and advised them of the situation, they didn't even know what mechanical parts existed! I had drug dealers in the parking lot which I also spoke to the office about, with nothing changing. I had my infant son living with me and the people upstairs would use drugs, and it would come into my apartment, which took 5 phone calls and then a fight the people above me got into with the tow company for the office to finally do something about them. Plus the office staff are extremely SNOBBY and arrogant. Then to top it all off there was a homeless girl and her friends going into the vacant apartments using drugs and prostituting, I think the drug dealers belonged to her, which I also explained to the office and it took them 3 weeks to come lock the doors/change the locks on the vacancies. This not a professionally managed company! It's all for the money-they don't care about the tenants at all. Also, watch out for the lead based paint and the asbestos in the units-but they wont have you sign that paper till after you sign the lease.
