Apartment Review for The Covey Annex Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

- Halls echo like mad. So if anyone is out in them, you can hear them. - Says no pets, but there seems to be no enforcement of that. So if you have a neighbor with a barking dog, you have to deal with it. - Staff seems nice enough but luke warm service and response time. - Some unit heater issues. Have to unplug it manually to get it to shut off. - No control over gas bill due to them just prorating by apartment. So if you conserve you are still hit with a heavy bill. - Structure sound, good parking, good apartment conditions.
