Apartment Review for Eagles Landing - Salt Lake City, UT

We moved here a year ago from out of State and discovered we had moved to a bad area. It's surrounded by trailor parks and cops make visits to the complex frequently for one reason or another. The walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors well. The staff is nice and they have started to make some major improvements- putting a gate around the complex, new stairways and exterior paint, new refrigerators, etc. So it has a lot of potential. And it's a good price, 5 min drive from downtown. But we're still moving out when our lease is up so we can live in a safer area.
