Apartment Review for El Caliente Apts - Salt Lake City, UT

This place is a nightmare! So unless you want to lay a welcome matt at the roach motel - stay away! I have had two attempted break-ins in the time I have been here. There are roaches and bed bugs infesting the place. The laundry area is in disrepair 90% of the time. Management (the owners) suck - they will not reply to written complaints - which is their only contact form accepted. They ignored complaints of infestation for over 6 months because they did not want to pay for it. Maintainence is non-existent and when you do get one of the co-owners to come make repairs they do not have a clue what they are doing anyways - so call your big brother and save yourself the time! Stay away the bedbugs do bite!
