I'm tired of being nickeled and dimed for everything. There are amenities, but you have to pay $200/time to use the clubhouse and it closes at 10pm, no extensions what so ever. Management sucks. The brochure says movie theater and there is NO movie theater. I don't like living where I can't use the facilities. P.S. the hot tub was broken for 9 months.  Need to rent an apartment?
