Apartment Review for Lake Pines Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

I have lived here for the last 6 years and have been very happy. The complex sold to new owners last fall and while they have made cosmetic improvements, I am not very happy with the new management company. They stopped reading our gas meters and are now calculate your gas bill based on the complexes bill per month. So it doesn't matter if you have your heater off you still pay a high rate for gas. I also have had horible respose to maintenance requests. I have a minor annoying repair that is needed in my bathroom and it has been 3 months since the repair was requested. I have talked to them every couple of weeks and it is still waiting. I have heard from other long term tenants that are leaving they are now charging extra for covered parking. It feels like they are adding extra charges for everything and I am very frustrated. It is too bad because this has been a great place to live but I will probably move when my lease is up.
