My Wife and i moved in here 2 years ago and it was great then. The Owner sold the apartments and soon after the new owner hired an agency to take care of the place. Since then this place has done nothing but go down hill. All the new tennants are trash, the management half-asses peoples problems and the maintenance now is terrible. I really did like the place when I first moved in even though the road noise from 9th east is VERY loud. I wish the old owner never sold.  Need to rent an apartment?
