Not so good anymore

I have lived here for many years and love the apartment, but the change in management companies has made it a frustating place to live. The apartments are big but old and need maintenance but that has also gone down hill. This complex used to have a lot of long term tenants who have left because of the management. Now it seems like people only stay about 6 months.  Need to rent an apartment?
