Apartment Review for Miller Estates - Salt Lake City, UT

This place will nickel and dime you to death. Do not be fooled by the low rent and deposit. When you move out they charge you to repaint your entire apartment. I received a bill equal to that of my deposit after I moved out. They created all of these mystery charges for money I "owe" them. Be sure not to have them paint an accent wall. They charge $40 to paint the wall and $100 to paint it back! Do not choose this as a place to live. All they care about is ripping people off. Maintenance and management are unresponsive. Neighbors are loud and trashy. I paid a $250 deposit and I got a bill for $267 for painting and cleaning even though I left the apartment in immaculate condition. Also, beware they require 60 days for move out notice. This is another way they make money since they don't explain that up front!
