I would never refer a friend to this complex as the staff are under trained Monique is horrible to deal with and in these hard times the rent is outrageous, all they care about is $$$ the neighbors are loud I have had to call the cops for noise many times. There too many wild cats and barking dogs. Not worth it, they will not work with you if you are late with rent.  Need to rent an apartment?
