Apartment Review for Mountain Shadows Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

This apartment complex is dangerous, dirty, poorly kept and never properly maintained. The grounds are trashy, except around the office, the pool is seldon usable, the mail is easily stolen because the locks are on the boxes up-side down. The Management teams, there have been several in the last 2 years, are pathetic excuses for management. We have had three major fires, a murder, and a lot of drug arrests. Informing the management of problems won't get you anywhere, they can't even look you in the eye when they talk to you. The rent skyrocketed this year and the amenities are not usable because of vandalism. DO NOT RENT HERE,.
