Apartment Review for Park Capital Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

Not only do they treat you like visitors in your own home, but don't ever ask them for help of any kind. They don't enforce the rule of cleaning up after your dog (I love dogs and have one of my own, and I clean up after her every time) and on several occasions I came home to a dark apartment due to the fact that my power meter was falling out of the wall. It took this happening 3 times before they replaced it. The first time I had to take my dog and go stay somewhere else because it was so hot in the apartment and the maintenance people never answered my page. Oh, that's right; the "emergency" maintenance line is an answering machine that pages the on call person. And if this pager goes dead you won't get any help until the next day around 9 am. The rent is ridiculously high; the parking is terrible (I am currently parking under the pool deck which is falling in. Literally, they have scaffolding holding it up) and last but certainly not least the management is terrible. The main manager needs to take a few lessons in customer service. The lease is not really clear so if you do have to live here, make sure you read it very closely.
