Apartment Review for Pollyanna Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

If I would have known all the problems that I have encountered with this complex I would have run in the other direction. The management is terrible. If you need something fixed you better do it yourself, because it will never get done. Also the Landlord is rude, unhelpful, and completely detached from the property. All she cares about is if your check clears. Don't bother calling if you need any assistance with management. You as a paying tenent don't have any rights. She has time to make ridiculous rules like, no talking on your cell in the hall, but won't help out if you need any thing. Please if you are thinking about living here just don't do it. I truly regret my choice. I got duped by the charm of this old building.
