Apartment Review for Raintree Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

Office staff very unprofessional. Yelling and screaming at tentants, I guess they forgot who pays rent. Complaints of loud people never resolved. They let me out of my lease thank god but still cailm I broke it. After Several Veral and Written complaints they broke it. They're rent a cop service is a joke. The police department reffers you to them and they reffer you to the police. You hear the people upstairs has if they are in your apartment. With every complaint a new mangment company comes in. Gang issuses so forth. See City park apartments for more info. The same mangement company runs both. Don't complain because they'll change companys. I should point out your rent is greater with 20 dollars a month insurance, 50 a month water bills(whitch are not metered) my wife and I. Where my brother owns a house and his family of 5 only pay 24.07 water sewer and trash. They say they're not making a profit but each time they change companys the water bill gets higher hmm.
