Okay, this complex is overrun with immigrants & cockroaches!! THe management plans these "safety inspections" but they are really excuses to rummage thru your apartment while you are at work. Just so they can find a reason to evict you the following day. I hope this complex goes down in flames.  Need to rent an apartment?
