Apartment Review for Richmond Properties - Salt Lake City, UT

I have lived in one of the complexes owned and managed by Richmond Properties since 1981 and I'm still here! The building I live in was built in the 60's, so it's not new. But the rent is very resonable for a two bedroom apartment with washer and dryer hookups, and a dishwasher, and the location is very convenient. The present manager took over in 2008 and he's great! When there is a problem the manager and the maintenance staff is very responsive. I have been here a long time and have no intention to move.
