Apartment Review for Royal Farms - Salt Lake City, UT

I had a horrible experience at these apartments. Office staff never cared about your problems in the apartments and always seemed too busy to listen to your concerns. Sliding glass doors are put in poorly causing my apartment to flood. They knew of the flood and didn't do much to take care of it, except try to charge me at the end of my lease for it. Windows are very thin causing the apartments to be VERY cold in the winter time. They have a huge problem with mold in the bathrooms. I had mold when I moved in and they just covered it up with paint. They should've tried to remove it since that can cause health problems for some people. I witnessed them doing this. Futhermore, I saw employees of the apartments coming in on non-working hours and using the dumpsters (that the residents pay for) and using it for their own personal garbage. They also charge each apartment for a part of the utilities. It should be done per person so that someone living on their own doesn't get charged the same as someone that has 2 people living in it, but that's the way they choose to do it. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
