Apartment Review for Royal Farms - Salt Lake City, UT

This was such a mistake to move in. The staff could care less about the residents. The only time they were nice was when we were dropping off the rent check. I had leaking toilets that they didn't come and do anything about for weeks so my water bill just kept going up because turning off the water was not fixing the problem. The seal around the door was terrible so the entire living room and front area of the apartment was constantly freezing in the winter time so my gas bill was a bit higher. 2 appliances had to be replaced within a few months of moving but of course that took a while to get going. This has been such a headache! People are often times outside late at night being loud so getting a good night's sleep was not always an easy thing to get. Don't move into Royal Farms, they treat you terribly once you move in.
