Apartment Review for Royal Farms - Salt Lake City, UT

If you're looking for a pretty smoke free place this is good because they don't allow smoking in the apartments. That is the only good thing I can say about them. I was pregnant and kept slipping on the ice. When I called them about it they told me to come in and haul the ice melt over to my apartment myself (down an icy sidewalk) and that was all they would do about it. I also called them about a mold problem which they ignored. They also use water like it is going out of style and charge you a huge bill for it in the summer. They have been remodeling the apartments lately, but don't be deceived by the look, I'm sure it is only a facelift over mold and other problems which need to be fixed.
