Apartment Review for Royal Farms - Salt Lake City, UT

The manager, Jeanene, is an absolute nightmare! She is by far the worst thing about this apartment complex. She is very condecending and rude. She does not care at all what your concerns are, she just goes into a speach about what will happen if you try to leave without fullfilling your lease. Something was said about her not being nice and she insisted that she is very nice and she is up for some sort of manager award! I find that hard to believe. Assistant manager Vickie Griffiths is also very unpleasant to deal with. The only time you get treated with any respect is when you have a rent check in hand. They neglected a vacant apartment next to mine. The toilet broke and flooded the apartment so bad that nasty toilet water seeped into my apartment and soaked my carpet. Maintenance tore out the carpet pad and replaced it, but they just put blowers on the carpet. We had to argue with the people in the office just to get them to clean the carpet! Now there is a nasty smell where the carpet was flooded but they won't do anything about it other than to assure us that the leak "really wasn't that bad" and that mold doesn't grow in Utah. Horrible people! Do not waste your time with them.
