The management approaches your moveout walk through with a calculater! A picture hanging hole is treated the same as if you kicked a hole in the wall....wipe your shower down after each shower to control mold! thats thier remedy........its a absolute 3rd world shake down for money!! either dont rent here or never move out....dont walk on any grass on the property, DOG S#*T! everywhere  Need to rent an apartment?
