Apartment Review for Santa Fe Apartment - Salt Lake City, UT

We hear everything going on from our upstairs neighbor - everything she says, everytime she takes a step, and everything she does with her boyfriend in the wee hours of the morning. It is super annoying! We have complained to the office, and all they can do is tell us to call the security guard at night so he can go knock on her door! Come on! Also, they are doing an overhaul on the plumbing at the moment. We had to move practically everything out of our closets and cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom and pile it all in the dining room. For five whole days we will have people whom we don't know in our apartment eight hours per day. They have put holes in the walls, dust is everywhere, our apartment smells like glue, and the insulation is exposed. It feels like we are living in a dump with a bunch of illegals!
