Apartment Review for Summerwood Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

It's the worst mistake you'll ever make. Sure they give discounts to luir you in but they have the discounts for a reason...it's cheap! I signed a six month lease and it's been the worst six months ever. I CANNOT wait to get out of here! There are constant electricity black-outs, most everything in the apartment breaks or stops working OFTEN, leaks come through the ceilings and into your cupboards to ruin your food, my toilets got clogged and sewage started seeping up into them and when I called the office for the maintanence guy to come the next day he never showed! I waited two days for them to call or show up but finally i had to call them again and they said that I have to hire a plummer because it's "not their responsibility". It's RIDICULOUS here. Neighbors are always noisy, kids always knock on your door and jiggle the doorknob day and night, creeps wander around the complex, the security guards are never actually at their post in front of the complex, there is litter and garbage all over the grounds, and the office doesn't help AT ALL! Ironically they even have a sign in their office that says, "Complaints will be ignored in the order they're received." Well that's definitely the truth. DON'T live here!
