Apartment Review for The Covey - Salt Lake City, UT

I think this is the most beautiful apartment I've ever rented. Make no mistakes, this is a century old building and it has it's downfalls-but I'm not a spoiled kid who only appreciates new things. My apartment is very spacious, there is much light, I love my balcony and my back porch-there is so much beauty in the arched ceilings, the crown moldings, the solid oak floors and panel doors...the heat is steam and it is what it is-parking isn't too bad, I don't mind walking a couple of blocks for the time unlimited street parking. The management staff also worked with me when I was laid off. I don't think that there is a better place downtown to rent-and I pay almost half of what City Creek or other Avenues apartments go for. I recommend this place to those who would love to experience downtown, urban living at it's finest and it's most GROWN UP....
