Apartment Review for Towne Gate Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

The apartment I have is a 2 br on the top floor with the vaulted ceilings and fireplace. The fireplace is nice but that is about it. Security is ok there is an off duty cop that now patrols because the private security company they started with was lousy. I have seen a drug deal happen right outside on the street. Parking is the worst you will get one covered parking spot no matter how many bedrooms you have. Also if your visitors park in a covered spot or parked in a wrong place it is about $222.00 to get it from the towing company. Call Heritage Towing they will tell you how much they tow cars here. The outside has trash everywhere and the dumpsters sit in the driveway. I almost hit it everyday. The stairs are gross, stained everywhere. I called maintenance emergency pager once. 3 days later got a call back, glad I did not have a flood. Office staff could care less about anything you ask for or complain about. The worst I have ever dealt with and have lived in apartments for 10 years. Noise level is ok, but a lot of kids running loose one of these days they are going to get hit since they play in the complex street. I feel like I am in the Ghetto but I try and just look around a little if you dare to take a tour. I am out of here soon!
