Apartment Review for Towne Gate Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

They just raised one bedroom apartments from $593 to $623. But you can't make more money to stay within their low income qualifications. You are just out of an extra 30 bucks a month. The parking is terrible, only one spot for each apartment and it isn't even by your building. I have to walk from two buildings down. You can't keep an eye on your car and it sucks when you have to unload your groceries. There are only a handful of extra parking spots and they are usually taken by the people going to the Bees games. I have also had kids steal things from my balcony. Kids are running around the parking and pool areas unsupervised. And you never see security until they want to lock up the pool area at night.
