Apartment Review for Towne Gate Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

I had gone out of town for a week and while I was gone, my apartment flooded because a person on the third floor started running bath water, then passed out. I'm on the bottom floor and when I got home, my bathroom was destroyed. I went to the office to report the damage as soon as I noticed it. Apparently it had happened 3 days earlier and the women in the office looked at me like I was stupid and said in a rude tone, "Why didn't you come tell us this 3 days ago?" I replyed: "You honestly think I would live in those conditions for 3 days before I reported this?" They said they would have someone come take a look at the damages. The matinance men came and looked and said they would be back within the week to fix the problem. That happened in September, its now February and they still haven't showed up. Don't waste your time or money. Everything they say about the children and drugs is true. Its really like the slums of SLC. Its disgusting.
