Apartment Review for Victoria Canyon Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

I am new to Victoria Canyon Apartments but I have had an experience very different from the last review posted. I have found the management responsive and easy to work with. Our apartment was scrubbed and painted before we moved in with new fixtures and ceiling fan. The adorable pool outside and children in the building make the building a welcoming, temporary home. There is a nook under a mulberry tree (just west of the shared, always available BBQ) that is so quaint! With an iron fence and park bench you could sit in the shade there reading a novel and feeling very suburban cosmopolitan. We feel very fortunate to be paying such a competitive rate for a fantastic location and good up-keep. The only neighbors we hear are from the building next door and only if we keep our windows open. To be fair, I must point out the disadvantages. Parking is not covered except for a few spaces for an additional fee. For those willing to pay the fee, only one stall is available per apartment. We have been towed once and the management was quick to call and professionally reprimand the company.
