Apartment Review for Villa Charmant Apartments - Salt Lake City, UT

my lease is up at the end of this month and i too am moving due to the drug trafficking and selling.the manager tries her hardest to do something because some of these people are on section 8.or the tenants are not believed.i live around alot of tweekers,gay,lesbian,old,young.i got so scared that i had to have a family member come to stay with me.and started putting up a baby gate in front of my door.i got the brightest porch light i could.and i keep all my patio things like bikes and strollers inside.i have seen so called thugs with guns and music blaring outside the windows.coming to your door all hours of the night needing to use the phone or begging for some house hold item they dont have.(user's)i have been threatened(seller's/buyer's)i cant let my kids outside to long because like a few months ago my son was offered a joint and told not to do drugs and the jerk blew smoke in his face. he is seven years old.a person should not have to stay locked up in there place due to fear.
